Get into your Little Black Dress by New Year’s Eve!

It's party-dress season! How can you look and feel great in your LBD (that's Little Black Dress) without limiting yourself to seltzer and shrimp cocktail?

Use our super-speedy Celebrity tips to target your top trouble zones!

1. Brush that body. Get a dry brush and start brushing from head to toe! This technique will increase circulation, stimulate lymph flow and help rid dimpled skin. Works even better when taken with a supplement containing Gotu Kola, Horse Chestnut and Butcher’s Broom (Give Cellulite Control a try!)

2. Try interval training. Download the App: Interval Training by Delta Works to your phone. Instead of your usual 30-45 minute same old boring treadmill routine, switch it up with some high intensity intervals: email your coach for an interval workout guaranteed to blast fat!

3. Firm those abs. Use a neoprene waist cincher while you work out to draw out extra water from your tummy. Wear it overnight, and wake up looking flatter—not just for post pregnancy celebs!

4. Consider a supplement. A blend of dandelion, vitamin B6 and artichoke will help you lose water weight without essential electrolytes. This supplement is a MUST when travelling during the holidays, as it will help prevent that puffy swollen feeling. Try WHOOSH herbal diuretic, 2 capsules 2 times per day to shed the excess water bloat.

5. Stop the artificial sweetener. Some studies suggest that drinking diet sodas and eating foods with artificial sweeteners also increase the risk of being overweight. Artificially sweetened foods may not have the calories of sugar-sweetened foods, but they keep the sweet taste on our taste buds and our minds. Plus, some artificially sweetened candies and foods contain sugar alcohols such as sorbitol, which can cause gassiness and bloating in sensitive individuals. Use natural alternatives such as Stevia or Lo han.

6. Consider the kitchen closed after dinner. Instead of snacking, unwind with a relaxing Epsom salt bath or cup of soothing tea. By setting a hard-and-fast rule for yourself to follow, you're more likely to cut out your late-night snacking — and see success on the scale!

7. Nix the sodium. As it gets closer to your party date, you'll want to be extra cautious about your sodium intake. Refrain from using condiments such as soy sauce, hot sauce, pickles or salted spice blends. Sodium causes us to retain water, which can cause bloating and puffy eyes.

8. Buying a new dress. If you are going to get something new stay away from anything satin. It tends to catch the light and can show off the lumps and bumps you want to disguise. Go for something more stretchy and matt that’s going to hold you together and give you shape.

9. Cut out dairy. This food group is one of the hardest for the body to digest—dairy causes bloating, acne and dark circles under the eyes in a lot of people, leaving you less than camera ready!

10. Constipation. Looking fabulous in your LBD, means showcasing your flat stomach. Make sure you are getting enough fiber from Shirataki noodles/rice, oat bran, chia seeds and flaxseeds. This will help ensure regular bowls, so you don’t have that bloated feeling.
