Slim down your salad with Dukan Vinaigrette

But you can learn how to make your own salad dressing and get the most out of your salad by whipping up this easy, Dukan-friendly vinaigrette that will add the heart-healthy flavor from the olive oil to your veggies. 

Ingredients for 4: In a bowl, put 1 heaping teaspoon of mustard, 1 pinch of salt, some pepper*, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar or another vinegar then mix them all together until you have a smooth sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of sparkling mineral water then whip it up a little with a fork.
