This time, instead of making December 31st your “do first, apologize later” night, make it your “doing me first, thanking myself later” night. Let’s transition into the New Year with some self-care. An intimate evening with friends:

If not, you can make a night of it by inviting some of your yoga friends over for a midnight yoga session. Give yourself more love:
